Taking off Extra Pounds the Easy Way

Losing weight can be intimidating. Wherever you look you see the same thing: diet, exercise, diet exercise. Here are a few of them:

  1. Find an exercise buddy. Exercising always seems to be a pain, but it will seem less so if you have someone there with you to support you and police you. When you and your buddy are chatting away, time will pass much faster. You’ll have gone through an hour’s worth of exercise in no time.
  2. Buy yourself a piece of clothing that you like that doesn’t fit you and hang it somewhere where you can see it. This will give you motivation. A good place to put this piece of clothing is somewhere near the kitchen. That way, if you’re ever tempted to snack you’ll see the dress and think twice.
  3. Add more fruits and vegetables to your diet. Vitamins and minerals, which are contained in many (if not all) fruits and vegetables, can actually help with weight loss. Plus, they’re high in fibre, which will help you cleanse your body of toxins and they’re generally low calorie but filling.


It’s all about improving your diet, not starving yourself. A small, gradual changes are much more sustainable than any crash diet, and infinitely healthier.
